Update order status with mobile app
The delivery boy can update the order status by completing the delivery. To update the order status, they have to follow the steps:
- Your delivery boy can select a product from the pending order list.
- Your delivery boy can complete the delivery by getting help from the "Call" and "Direction" buttons. Your delivery boy can converse with customers through the "Call" button and get the delivery location from the "Direction" button.

- After delivering the product, the delivery boy can update the status from their mobile application. If the delivery boy delivered the products, they have to tick on the "Product Delivered" option. If the delivery is in cash on delivery (COD), the delivery boy has to receive the payment and tick on the second option. After that, they have to click on the "Update Order" button to update the delivery status.
