Pending Orders

Admin can monitor and manage orders from the Checkout backend website. To manage the orders, you have to follow the simple steps below:

Log in to the admin panel.
Select the "Order" option from the left menu.

You can see the customer's ordered products from the pending option. Here, you can overview:

Order ID.
Customer info. (Name, Phone number, and Direction icon for delivery)
Item summary. (Hover the mouse to overview products detail)
Total payment and payment type.
"Action" button for more options.

Here you can approve, assign a delivery boy, print out an invoice, overview order details, or cancel an order from the "Pending Orders" form.

Note: You can only cancel an order from this form.

Choose the required option from the "Action" button.
