SMTP settings

After installing the Checkout, you have to configure the SMTP settings as an admin. It helps mail servers to send, receive, forget passwords, and manage outgoing mail between email senders and receivers. To configure this setting, you have to navigate:

  1. Log in to the admin panel.
  2. Select the "Settings" option from the left menu.
  3. Click on the "SMTP settings" option from the sub-menu.

In this settings option, you have to provide:

  • Protocol
  • SMTP host
  • SMTP port
  • User name 
  • Password

After providing the information, select the "Save" button to update the settings.

Note: You can use SSL supported server for a better user experience.
