Log in to the admin panel using your credentials.
Click on Settings and then click on About from the drop down menu.

Look for a new version/update.
Check the PHP version.

See the purchase code.

Support expiry date.
Customer name.
You can enable the customer support by clicking on the Customer Support button, which will redirect you to the support page for submitting a ticket.
You can renew customer support by clicking on the Renew Support button, which will redirect you to the envatomarket page of the author to renew support.
