How to Manage Message

In Insight CRM Laravel, messages help simplify communication between users, such as clients, staff, and admins. They organize interactions, enhance engagement, and support smooth collaboration, ensuring effective communication within the business environment.

 

  • Log in to the Admin and access the Dashboard from the Admin Panel.
  • Navigate to Message from the left menu a window will appear.
  • Use the Search option to quickly find and display a user by entering their name.
  • Write a message in the message field and click the Send button.
  • To add a New Message, click the New Message button, and a window will pop up.
  • Select the Client from the dropdown menu.
  • Choose a Client and click the Next button. The client will be added to the chat list.
  • Write a Message in the message field and click the Send button.
