How to Manage Language Settings
Insight CRM’s language settings empower businesses to localize the platform effortlessly, enhancing global communication, team collaboration, and user experience. - Log in to the Admin and access the Dashboard from the Admin Panel.
- Navigate to Settings from the left menu
- In the left sub-menu, choose Manage Language, and a window will appear.
- Click the Language List to open a form for editing:

- Click the Radio Button to select the language direction (LTR or RTL).
- Click Edit Phrase in the options to open a new form for entries.
- After completing the entries, click Update to save the changes.
- Click the Back button to return to the previous page.
- If you click the Delete button, a confirmation dialog will appear.
- If you click Confirm, the language will be permanently deleted. Note: Never back again.
How to Add Language
- Log in to the Admin and access the Dashboard from the Admin Panel.
- Navigate to Settings from the left menu
- In the left sub-menu, choose Manage Language a window will appear.
- Click the Add Language Tab an entry form will open.

- Type your chosen Language name in the Add New Language field.
- Click the Save button to update the information.
How to Import Language
- Log in to the Admin and access the Dashboard from the Admin Panel.
- Navigate to Settings from the left menu
- In the left sub-menu, choose Manage Language a window will appear.
- Click the Import Language Tab, an entry form will open.

- Click the Drag & Drop or Browse button to upload the language file (Ex:, English.json).
- Click the Import button to upload and apply the selected file.
