# Role of Agents in Service Selling:

Agents in Atlas Laravel manage client requests, track services, and deliver personalized solutions. With customizable fields, they capture specific data, build trust, enhance satisfaction, and ensure smooth communication, driving repeat business and long-term customer relationships effectively.

 

 

How to Add a New Service

 

  • Log in to the Agent panel and access the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to My Listing from the left menu, My Agent Panel, and a window will open.

  • You can filter as you require.

    • Click the Hotel button dropdown menu, and choose your category.

    • Then click the Visible button dropdown menu to select Visible or Hidden. 

    • Finally, click the Filter button to show your desired result.

  • When you click the Action button (three dots), a menu opens with options: View Frontend, Edit Listing, Hide Listing, and Remove Listing.

  • Select the Edit Listing button against the respective service, and a new window will appear.

  • Finally, click the Add New Service button, and an entry form will appear

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Service Name: Type the desired service name in the respective field.

    • Service Price: Confirm the service price in the service price field.

    • Service Duration: Select the service duration by clicking the service duration field.

    • Select Employee: Select the employee by clicking the select employee field.

    • Description: Provide a short description in the relevant field.

    • Upload Service Image: Click the Choose File button to upload the image.

    • Upload YouTube video link: Provide the relevant video link in the respective field.

    • Status: Select the status from the dropdown menu, Active or Deactive.

    • Select Day: Select the day by clicking the select day field.

    • Opening Time: Select the opening time by clicking the clock sign in the opening time field.

    • Closing Time: Select the closing time by clicking the clock sign in the closing time field.

    • By clicking + (Plus) and - (Minus) signs, you can add or delete a field (Select Day, Opening time, Closing Time).

  • Once you have completed it, click the Create button to save the information.

 

Note: The same procedure applies to Hotel, Real Estate, Beauty, Dentist, Restaurant, Car, Interior Designer, Hospital, and Photography.

 

 

 

 

 

How to Edit Service

 

  • Log in to the Agent panel and access the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to My Listing from the left menu, My Agent Panel, and a window will open.

  • When you click the Action button (three dots), according to your chosen item, a menu opens with options: View Frontend, Edit Listing, Hide Listing, and Remove Listing.

  • Select the Edit Listing button against the respective service, and a new window will appear.

  • Again, click the Action button (three dots), according to your chosen item, and a menu opens with options: Edit and Delete.

  • If you click the Edit button, a window will appear to edit.

  • Fill in the following details as required:

    • Service Name: Type the desired service name in the respective field.

    • Service Price: Confirm the service price in the service price field.

    • Service Duration: Select the service duration from the dropdown menu.

    • Select Employee: Select the employee by clicking the select employee field.

    • Short Description: Provide a short description in the relevant field.

    • Upload Service Image: Click the Choose File button to upload the image.

    • Upload YouTube video link: Provide the relevant video link in the respective field.

    • Status: Select the status from the dropdown menu, Active or Deactive.

    • Select Day: Select the day by clicking the select day field.

    • Opening Time: Select the opening time by clicking the clock sign in the opening time field.

    • Closing Time: Select the closing time by clicking the clock sign in the closing time field.

    • By clicking + (Plus) and - (Minus) signs, you can add or delete a field (Select Day, Opening time, Closing Time).

  • Once you have completed it, click the Update button to save the information.

  • If you click the Delete button, a confirmation menu will pop up.

  • If you click the Confirm button, the selected item will be deleted; otherwise, Cancel.
