Atlas Laravel’s Service Manager empowers agents to handle client services efficiently. Agents can track requests, assign tasks, and personalize solutions, ensuring smooth communication, improved service quality, and stronger customer satisfaction that leads to long-term business growth.
Log in to the Agent panel and access the Dashboard.
Navigate to Service Manager from the left menu, and a new window will appear.
When you click the Action button (three dots), a menu opens with options: Mark as Paid, Approve, and Delete against the respective service.
If you click the Mark as Paid button, a confirmation menu will pop up.
If you click the Confirm button, it automatically marks the respective service as paid; otherwise, click the Cancel button.
If you click the Approve button, a confirmation menu will pop up.
If you click the Confirm button, it automatically approves the respective service; otherwise, click the Cancel button.
If you click the Delete button, a confirmation menu will pop up.
If you click the Confirm button, it automatically deletes the respective service; otherwise, click the Cancel button.
