# How to Manage Status

Manage Status lets admins control and update every order stage in real time, ensuring smooth operations, clear tracking, faster delivery, and complete transparency that builds customer trust.

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Payment Status from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • If you click the Export button, a new window opens with PDF and Print. 

    • If you click the PDF button, the displayed list will be automatically downloaded.

    • If you click the Print button, the displayed list is automatically printed.

  • Click the Add New Order Status button, and an entry menu will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Order Name: Enter the order name in the relevant field.

    • Choose Color: Select the desired color from the respective field.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Add button to save the information.

  • Click the Sort Order Status button, and a new window will appear.

  • Drag and drop the desired item, move up and down as you like.

  • Once all is completed, click the Save changes button to save.

  • If you click the Delete button, a new confirmation window will pop up.

  • By clicking Confirm, the item will be deleted permanently; otherwise, click Cancel.
