# How to Manage a Store

Elevate makes store management effortless. Admins can control products, categories, orders, payments, and inventory from one dashboard. Customers experience smooth shopping, while businesses enjoy efficiency, accuracy, and growth through a well-organized, professional online store system.

 

How to Filter Store List

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Store Management from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Store List, and a new window will appear.

  • If you click the Filter button, a new window will appear. 

  • Select the following to filter the store list:

    • Owner: Select from the drop-down menu.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Apply button to view the list.

 

 

How to Add a New Store

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Store Management from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Store List, and a new window will appear.

  • Click the Add New Store button, and an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Store Name: Enter the store name in the store name field.

    • Store Owner: Select the store owner's name from the dropdown menu.

    • Store Phone: Enter the store phone in the respective field.

    • Store Address: Type the store address in the respective field.

    • City: Enter the city name in the designated field.

    • State: Enter the state name in the relevant field.

    • Zip Code: Enter the zip code in the zip code field.

    • Country: Enter the country name in the respective field.

    • Map Location:

      • Longitude: Put the longitude value in the respective field.

      • Latitude: Enter the latitude value in the relevant field.

    • Store Content: Type the store content in the store content field.

    • Thumbnail: Click the Choose file button to upload the thumbnail image.

    • Banner: Click the Choose file button to upload the banner image.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Add button to save the information.

  • If you click the Back button, you automatically go to the previous page.

 

 

 

How to Edit a Store

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Store Management from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Store List, and a new window will appear.

  • When you click the Edit button (Like Pen symbols) from the available options, the respective entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Store Name: Enter the store name in the store name field.

    • Store Owner: Select the store owner's name from the dropdown menu.

    • Store Phone: Enter the store phone in the respective field.

    • Store Address: Type the store address in the respective field.

    • City: Enter the city name in the designated field.

    • State: Enter the state name in the relevant field.

    • Zip Code: Enter the zip code in the zip code field.

    • Country: Enter the country name in the respective field.

    • Map Location:

      • Longitude: Put the longitude value in the respective field.

      • Latitude: Enter the latitude value in the relevant field.

    • Store Content: Type the store content in the store content field.

    • Thumbnail: Click the Choose file button to upload the thumbnail image.

    • Banner: Click the Choose file button to upload the banner image.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Update button to save the information.

  • If you click the Delete button, a new confirmation window will pop up.

  • By clicking Confirm, the item will be deleted permanently; otherwise, click Cancel.
