# How to Manage Product

With Elevate, managing products is quick and simple. Admins can add, edit, or remove items, update prices, and track inventory. Customers enjoy accurate listings and smooth shopping, while businesses gain efficiency, control, and higher sales.

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Product from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Products, and a new window will appear.

  • If you click the Export button, a new window opens with PDF and Print. 

    • If you click the PDF button, the displayed list will be automatically downloaded.

    • If you click the Print button, the displayed list is automatically printed.

 

 

How to Filter Products

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Product from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Products, and a new window will appear.

  • If you click the Filter button, a new window will appear. 

  • Select the following to filter the product:

    • Status: Select from the drop-down menu.

    • Category: Select from the drop-down menu.

    • Store: Select from the drop-down menu.

    • Brand: Select from the drop-down menu.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Apply button to view.

 

 

How to Add Products (Quick View format)

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Product from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Products, and a new window will appear.

  • Click the Add New Product button, and an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Product Title: Enter the product title in the respective field.

    • Price: Put the product price in the designated field.

    • Store: Select the store from the drop-down menu.

    • Short Summary: Type the summary in the relevant field.

    • Product Description: Type the product description in the relevant field.

    • Visibility: Click the radio button to activate visibility.

    • Product Category: Select the product category from the drop-down menu.

    • Add new attributes: Click + (Plus sign) to add attributes.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Add Product button to save the information.

  • If you click the Back button, you automatically go to the previous page.

 

 

 

How to Add Products (Detail View format)

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Product from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Products, and a new window will appear.

  • Click the Add New Product button, and an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Product Title: Enter the product title in the respective field.

    • Store: Select the store from the drop-down menu.

    • Brand: Select a brand from the drop-down menu.

    • Popular Label: Select a popular label from the drop-down menu.

    • Quality Assurance Label: Select a quality assurance label from the drop-down menu.

    • Short Summary: Type the summary in the relevant field.

    • Product Description: Type the product description in the relevant field.

    • Visibility: Click the radio button to activate visibility.

    • Total Stock Unit: Select from the drop-down menu.

    • Total Stock Quantity: Enter the quantity in the designated field.

    • Product Category: Select the product category from the drop-down menu.

    • Add new attributes: Click + (Plus sign) to add attributes.

    • Price: Put the product price in the designated field.

    • Discount Type: Select a discount type from the drop-down menu.

    • Amount of Discount: Enter the amount of discount in the designated field.

    • Discount period: Select the discount period from the drop-down calendar and Apply.

    • Thumbnail: Click the Choose file button to upload the image.

    • Banner: Click the Choose file button to upload the image.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Add Product button to save the information.

  • If you click the Back button, you automatically go to the previous page.

 

 

How to Edit Product

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Product from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Products, and a new window will appear.

  • When you click the Edit button (Like Pen symbols) from the available options, the respective entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Product Title: Enter the product title in the respective field.

    • Store: Select the store from the dropdown menu.

    • Brand: Select the brand from the dropdown menu.

    • Popular Label: Select the popular label from the dropdown menu.

    • Quality Assurance Label: Select a quality assurance label from the dropdown menu.

    • Short Summary: Type the summary in the relevant field.

    • Product Description: Type the product description in the product description field.

    • Visibility: Click the radio button to activate visibility.

    • SEO Settings:

      • Meta Title: Enter the meta title in the relevant field.

      • Meta Keyword: Enter the meta keyword in the relevant field.

      • Meta Description: Type meta description in the designated field.

      • Meta Robot: Enter the meta robot in the relevant field.

      • Canonical Url: Enter the canonical url in the designated field.

      • Custom Url: Enter the custom url in the related field.

      • Og Title: Enter the Og title in the related field. 

      • Og Description: Enter the Og description in the related field.

      • Og Image: Cliock the choose file to upload the image.

      • Json ID: Enter the Json ID in the designated field.

    • Total Stock: 

      • Unit: Select a unit from the dropdown menu.

      • Quantity: Put the desired quantity in the respective field.

    • Product Category: Select the product category from the dropdown menu.

    • Add new attributes: Click + (Plus sign) to add attributes.

    • Price ($): Enter the price in the designated field.

    • Discount Type: Select the discount type from the dropdown menu.

    • Amount of Discount: Enter the discount amount in the respective field.

    • Discount Period: Select the discount period from the dropdown calendar and click the Apply button.

    • Thumbnail: Click the Choose file button to upload the thumbnail.

    • Banner: Click the Choose file button to upload the banner.  

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Update Product button to save the information.

  • If you click the Delete button, a new confirmation window will pop up.

  • By clicking Confirm, the item will be deleted permanently; otherwise, click Cancel.
