How to Add a New Shipping Address

  • Log in to the Customer panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Shipping Address from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • Finally, click the Add New Shipping Address button, and an entry form will appear.

  • Fill out the required fields:

    • Title: Enter the desired title name in the title field.

    • Country: Select the country from the dropdown menu.

    • State: Select the state from the dropdown menu.

    • City: Select the city from the dropdown menu.

    • Zip Code: Enter the relevant zip code in the respective field.

    • Address: Type the address details in the address field.

  • Once all fields are completed, click the Add button to save the information.

 

 

 

How to Make the Shipping Address Primary

  • Log in to the Customer panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Shipping Address from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • When you click the Three Dots, a new window will appear with the options Make it as Primary and Delete.

    • If you click the Make it as Primary button, a confirmation menu will appear.

    • Click the Confirm button, and it will make it the Primary.

    • If you click the Delete button, a new confirmation window will pop up.

    • By clicking Confirm, the item will be deleted permanently; otherwise, click Cancel.
