# Manage My Orders

  • Log in to the Customer panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to My Orders from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • If you click on the Details button from the Action option, a relevant new window will appear. 

  • If you click on the Cancel Order button, an entry form will appear.

  • Fill out the required fields:

    • Message: Write a short message reason for the canceled order.

    • Image: Click the Choose File button to upload the relevant image.

  • Once all fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.
