Manage Teams

Private training is a process where a group of individuals within an organization are taught specific skills or knowledge to improve their collective performance. It focuses on enhancing collaboration, communication, and efficiency among team members. The goal is to align everyone’s abilities to achieve common objectives more effectively.

 

How to Add New Package?

  • Log in to the Admin Panel.

  • Select the "Private Training" option from the left menu.

  • Select the "Manage Teams" option from the left sub-menu.

  • Choose the "Add New" option from the submenu or click the "Add New Package" button. A new window will then pop up.

  • Type the Title of the package in the "Title" Section.

  • Select the Public or Private course by clicking the course option dropdown menu.

  • Select the Package Course from the course option dropdown menu.

  • Type or select the Allocation in the "Allocation" Section.

  • Type the Price in the "Estimated Price" Section.

  • Select the Pricing type Paid or Free in the "Pricing Type" Section.

  • Type the Price in the "Price" Section.

  • Select the Package Expiry Limited or Lifetime in the "Package Expiry" Section.

  • Select the Expiry date by clicking the calendar.

  • Click the "Apply or Cancel" button to save the expiry date.

  • Click the "Add Package" button to add a new package.

How to Manage Packages?

  •  Log in to the Admin Panel.
  • Select the "Private Training" option from the left menu.

  • Select the "Manage Teams" option from the left sub-menu.

  • Choose the "All Packages" option from the sub-menu.

  • Type the Title of the Package in the "Search Title" option

  • Click the "Search" button to view the Package.

  • Click the "Options" button to manage the Package.

  • When you click the "Options" button with three dots, a new window will pop up with the following options: Frontend View, Edit, Duplicate, Make As Inactive, and Delete.

How to Frontend View Package?

  •  Log in to the Admin Panel.
  • Select the "Private Training" option from the left menu.

  • Select the "Manage Teams" option from the left sub-menu.

  • Choose the "All Packages" option from the sub-menu.

  • Click the three dots from the "Options" window will pop up.

  • If you click "Frontend View" the "Options" window will pop up.

How to Edit Team Package?

  • Log in to the Admin Panel.

  • Select the "Private Training" option from the left menu.

  • Select the "Manage Teams" option from the left sub-menu.

  • Choose the "All Packages" option from the sub-menu.

  • Click the three dots from the "Options" window will pop up.

  • If you click the "Edit" button from the Options a new window will pop up.

  • Type the Title of the package in the "Title" Section.

  • Select the Public or Private course from the Course dropdown option.

  • Select the Course Name from the Course dropdown option.

  • Type the Allocation in the "Allocation" Section.

  • Type the Price in the "Estimated Price" Section.

  • Select Pricing type Paid or Free in the "Pricing Type" Section.

  • Type the Discount Price in the "Price" Section if necessary.

  • Select the Package Expiry Limited or Lifetime in the "Package Expiry" Section.

  • Select the Expiry date by clicking on the calendar.

  • Click the Choose file in the "Thumbnail" Section.]

  • Type the Package Features in the "Features" Section.

  • Click the "Update" button to Save the information.

How to Create a Duplicate Package?

  • Log in to the Admin Panel.

  • Select the "Private Training" option from the left menu.

  • Select the "Manage Teams" option from the left sub-menu.

  • Choose the "All Packages" option from the sub-menu.

  • Click the three dots from the "Options" window will pop up.

  • If you click the "Duplicate" button from the Options a window will pop up.

  • If you click the "Confirm" button a window will pop up.

  • Type the Title of the Package in the "Title" Section.

  • Select the Public or Private course from the Course dropdown option.

  • Select the Course Name from the Course dropdown option.

  • Type the Allocation in the "Allocation" Section.

  • Type the Price in the "Estimated Price" Section.

  • Select Pricing type Paid or Free in the "Pricing Type" Section.

  • Type the Discount Price in the "Price" Section if necessary.

  • Select the Package Expiry Limited or Lifetime in the "Package Expiry" Section.

  • Select the Expiry date by clicking on the calendar.

  • Click the Choose file in the "Thumbnail" Section.

  • Type the Package Features in the "Features" Section.

  • Click the "Update" button to Save the information.

How to Make An Inactive Training Packages?

  • Log in to the Admin Panel.

  • Select the "Private Training" option from the left menu.

  • Select the "Manage Teams" option from the left sub-menu.

  • Choose the "All Packages" option from the sub-menu.

  • Click the three dots from the "Options" window will pop up.

  • If you click the "Make As Inactive" button from the Options a window will pop up.

  • If you click the "Confirm" button make it Active or Inactive.

How to Delete Team Packages?

  • Log in to the Admin Panel.

  • Select the "Private Training" option from the left menu.

  • Select the "Manage Teams" option from the left sub-menu.

  • Choose the "All Packages" option from the sub-menu.

  • Click the three dots from the "Options" window will pop up.

  • If you click the "Delete" button from the Options a window will pop up.

  • If you click the "Confirm" button you cannot bring it back.

How to find the purchase history and print the invoice?

  • Log in to the Admin Panel.

  • Select the "Private Training" option from the left menu.

  • Select the "Manage Teams" option from the left sub-menu.

  • Choose the "Purchase History" option from the sub-menu.

  • Click the "Invoice" button a new window will pop up.

  • Click the "Print" button to print Invoice.
