Manage User and Agent Information

 

 

 

 

You have access to all user and agent information through the Users page on the navigation panel. Simply choose the Agent or Customer option to view, edit and take necessary actions on them.

 

Update Agent Information and Status

 

 

 

As an admin, you can view all of the agents’ information, and take the following actions on the agents:

 

  1. Click on the Actions button.

 

 

 

  1. You can either Edit agent information, Ban the agent or Deactivate/Activate agent status from the actions.

  2. If you want to Edit agent information, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on Edit.

    2. The side bar for editing the agent information will show up.

 

 

 

  1. Edit the information required.

  2. Click on Update.

  3. The agent information will be updated.

  1. If you want to Ban/Remove Ban from an agent, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on Ban/Remove Ban.

    2. A confirmation window will pop up, click Yes if you want to proceed, otherwise click Cancel.

  2. If you want to Activate/Deactivate an agent, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on Activate/Deactivate

    2. A confirmation window will pop up, click Yes if you want to proceed, otherwise click Cancel.

  3. You can also Search for a specific Agent.

    1. Click on the empty search bar.

    2. Type the name of the agent

    3. The relevant information will show up regarding the searched agent.



Update Customer Information and Status

 

 

 

As an admin, you can view all of the users’ information, and take the following actions on the users:

 

  1. Click on “Actions”.




 

 

  1. You can either Edit customer information, Delete the customer, Deactivate/Activate agent status, or Make the customer an agent from the actions.

  2. If you want to Edit customer information, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on Edit.

    2. The side bar for editing the customer information will show up.

 

 

 

  1. Edit the information required.

  2. Click on Update.

  3. The customer information will be updated

  1. If you want to Delete a customer, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on Delete.

    2. A confirmation window will pop up, click Yes if you want to proceed, otherwise click Cancel.

  2. If you want to Activate/Deactivate a customer, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on Activate/Deactivate

    2. A confirmation window will pop up, click Yes if you want to proceed, otherwise click Cancel.

  3. If you want to Make a customer agent, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on Make Agent

    2. A confirmation window will pop up, click Yes if you want to proceed, otherwise click Cancel.

  4. You can also Search for a specific Customer.

    1. Click on the empty search bar.

    2. Type the name of the customer.

    3. The relevant information will show up regarding the searched customer.
