As an agent, you can schedule your appointments with your customers by choosing the Schedule option from your panel. You can view your schedule and create new schedules.
To create schedules, click on Create Schedules option from the Schedule page, and follow the steps below:
A window will pop up for creating a schedule.
Click on the Start Date field. You can enter the date manually by typing according to dd/mm/yyyy format, or choose the date and time by clicking on the calendar button on the field.
Similarly, enter the schedule for End time inside the end time field.
Then, click on the checkbox for the Weekly Schedule and select the days. You can select multiple days for one schedule.
Click on the empty field for Note and insert a note for the schedule.
Lastly , click on the field for Status and choose from the Active/Deactive option.
Click on Create.
The schedule will be created and shown on your Appointment Schedules list.
You can view all of your schedule list, and edit schedules from the Appointment Schedules page.
All of your appointment schedules are listed with their Start Time, End Time, Note, Status and Action.
Click on the Action button to Edit schedule, change status or Remove Schedule.
If you want to edit a schedule, click on Edit Schedule and follow the steps below:
A window will pop up for updating the schedule.
Edit the information required.
Click on Update.
The schedule will be updated accordingly.
If you want to activate/deactivate a schedule, click on Change Status, and the schedule will be deactivated/activated.
If you want to Delete a schedule, click on Actions and choose the option Remove Schedule.
A confirmation window will pop up, click yes if you wish to proceed, otherwise click Cancel.
