How to Manage Offline Payment

Insight CRM’s Offline Payment feature enables businesses to record and manage payments made through bank transfers, cash, or manual methods. It ensures accurate financial tracking, improves transparency, and supports seamless reconciliation between clients and internal accounts.

 

  • Log in to the Admin and access the Dashboard from the Admin Panel.
  • Navigate to Reports from the left menu, and a window will appear.
  • Finally, select Offline Payment, and a new window will appear.
  • If you click the download button, a file will be downloaded automatically.
  • Click the Options button (three dots) to open a menu with the options: Download, Accept, and Decline.
  • If you click the Download button, the file will be downloaded automatically.
  • If you click the Accept button, the Accepted status will appear in the Status option.
  • If you click the Decline button, the Suspended status will appear in the Status option.
