Payment error message

If you are experiencing payment troubles, please keep in mind that Creative Element is situated in Bangladesh and our subscriptions are set to renew automatically. As a result, please ensure that your payment option supports foreign, online, and recurring payments.

If you get an error message when attempting to purchase a subscription, please determine whether it is one of the following and what you can do to resolve it:

  • Card declined
  • Card is not supported
  • Indefinite
  • Failed to acquire
  • Incorrect zip/postal code
  • The action has expired
  • There is an issue connecting to your bank
  • Network error
  • There are insufficient funds on the card
  • Validation was unsuccessful
  • The VAT number format is incorrect
  • The VAT number does not have the necessary format for the country specified
