How to Manage Coupons

In the context of a subscription-based Learning Management System (LMS), a coupon is a promotional code or voucher that provides users with discounts or special offers when they subscribe to courses, plans, or premium features within the LMS.

How to Add a Coupon 

• Log in to the Admin Panel.
• Go to Course Management from the left menu.
• Select Recorded Course and then Coupons from the submenu.
• To search for a coupon:
  • • Enter the Coupon Code in the search bar.
    • Click Search to view the coupon details.
• To add a new coupon:
• Click Add Coupon, and a new window will appear.
• Fill in the following details:
  • • Coupon Code: Enter the code.
    • Discount: Enter the discount value or select from the dropdown.
    • Expiry Date: Choose a date from the calendar.
    • Status: Set the status as Active or Inactive.
• Click Add Coupon to save the new coupon.

How to Deactivate a Coupon 

• Log in to the Admin Panel.
• Navigate to Course Management from the left menu.
• Select Recorded Course, then choose Coupons from the submenu.
• Click the three dots under Options to open a menu with Deactivate, Edit, and Delete options.
• To deactivate a coupon:
  • • Click Deactivate, and a confirmation window will appear.
    • Click Confirm to deactivate the coupon, or Cancel to abort.

How to Edit Coupon 

• Log in to the Admin Panel.
• Navigate to Course Management from the left menu.
• Select Recorded Course, then choose Coupons from the submenu.
• Click the three dots under Options, and a menu with Deactivate, Edit, and Delete will appear.
• To edit a coupon:
  • Click Edit, and a new window will open.
  • Update the following details:
    • Coupon Code: Enter or modify the code.
    • Discount: Enter the discount value or select from the dropdown.
    • Expiry Date: Choose a new date from the calendar.
    • Status: Set the status to Active or Inactive.
• Click Update Coupon to save the changes.

How to Delete Coupon

• • Log in to the Admin Panel.
  • Navigate to Course Management from the left menu.
  • Select Recorded Course, then choose Coupons from the submenu.
  • Click the three dots under Options to open a menu with Deactivate, Edit, and Delete options.
  • To delete a coupon:
    • • Click Delete, and a confirmation window will appear.
      • Click Confirm to deactivate the coupon, or Cancel to abort.
