# How to Manage a Report

In the Insight CRM Customer Support Add-on, Admins can easily view detailed reports at a glance from the Admin panel. The dashboard displays new, open, and pending tickets along with a month-wise bar graph. With these insights, Admins can take timely actions to enhance customer service, saving time, improving communication, and ensuring faster, more efficient support.

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Customer Support from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Report from the left menu, and a detailed report will appear with the segment-wise.
