In the Insight CRM Customer Support Add-on, Admins can easily view detailed reports at a glance from the Admin panel. The dashboard displays new, open, and pending tickets along with a month-wise bar graph. With these insights, Admins can take timely actions to enhance customer service, saving time, improving communication, and ensuring faster, more efficient support.
Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.
Navigate to Customer Support from the left menu.
Finally, click the Report from the left menu, and a detailed report will appear with the segment-wise.
