# How to Manage Gamification Badges

Atlas Laravel Gamification Badges let admins create and award badges for user achievements, boosting engagement and motivation. Admins define badge rules and designs, and the system automatically rewards badges when users reach milestones. This encourages participation, improves learning progress, increases user satisfaction, and makes your platform more fun and rewarding.

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Settings from the left menu.

  • Finally, click Gamification Badges from the left menu, and a new window will appear with the options Number of Reviews, Number of 5-Star Reviews, Number of Listings, and Number of Articles Tabs.

  • If you click the Number of Reviews Tab, a new window will appear with the relevant information.

  • If you click the Number of 5-Star Reviews Tab, a new window will appear with the relevant information.

  • If you click the Number of Listing Tab, a new window will appear with the relevant information.

  • If you click the Number of Articles Tab, a new window will appear with the relevant information.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to Add a New Badge

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Settings from the left menu.

  • Finally, click Gamification Badges from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • Click the Add New Badge button to open an entry form.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Title: Enter the badge title in the designated field.

    • Field: Select the field from the drop-down menu as you require.

    • Value From: Enter the value in the relevant field.

    • Value To: Enter the value in the value to field.

    • Description: Enter the desired description in the relevant field.

    • Badge Icon: Click the Choose File to upload the badge image.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Add Bedge button to save the information.

 

 

 

 

How to Edit Badge

 

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Settings from the left menu.

  • Finally, click Gamification Badges from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • When you click the Three Dots, a new window will appear with the options Edit Badge, Make As Inactive, and Delete Badge.

  • Click the Edit Badge button, and an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Title: Enter the badge title in the designated field.

    • Field: Select the field from the drop-down menu as you require.

    • Value From: Enter the value in the relevant field.

    • Value To: Enter the value in the value to field.

    • Description: Enter the desired description in the relevant field.

    • Badge Icon: Click the Choose File to upload the badge image.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Update Bedge button to save the information.

 

  • If you click the Make As Inactive button, a confirmation menu will pop up.

  • If you click the Confirm button, the badge will be Inactive to Active automatically; otherwise, click the Cancel button.

 

  • If you click the Delete Badge button, a confirmation menu will pop up.

  • If you click the Confirm button, the badge will be deleted automatically; otherwise, click the Cancel button

 

 

 

 

 

Note:

  • The same procedure will apply to editing the Number of 5-Star Reviews, Number of Listings, and Number of Articles badges as well.

  • If any changes are made to Gamification Badges, such as updates, edits, or deletions from the Admin Panel, they will be reflected automatically in the Agent Panel.
