Manage Payout lets vendors track and view their earnings and payout history easily. The vendor can see reports, request payouts, and monitor their balance from their dashboard. It ensures transparency, faster payment tracking, and clear financial insights, helping vendors focus on growth and build trust in your marketplace.

 

• Log in to the Customer Panel to access the product page.

• Navigate to Store Dashboard from the login panel, and a new window will appear.

• Click the Payout from the left menu.

• Click Withdraw from the left menu, and a new window will open.

• When you click the Export button, the entire list will be exported as a PDF and Print. 

• If you click the PDF button, the selected document will be automatically downloaded.

• If you click the Print button, the selected document is automatically printed.

• When you click the Filter option, a new window will appear with Calendar options.

• Select the date range from the Calendar and click the Apply button; a list will appear.

 

 

 

 

 

How to Manage Withdrawal Request

 

• Log in to the Customer Panel to access the product page.

• Navigate to Store Dashboard from the login panel, and a new window will appear.

• Click the Payout from the left menu.

• Click Withdraw from the left menu, and a new window will open.

• If you click the Request Withdrawal button, an entry form will open.

• Fill in the following details:

  • Withdrawal Amount: Enter the desired withdrawal amount in the designated field.

• Once all the fields are completed, click the Request button to save the information.

 

 

 

 

How to Delete a Withdrawal Request

 

• Log in to the Customer Panel to access the product page.

• Navigate to Store Dashboard from the login panel, and a new window will appear.

• Click the Payout from the left menu.

• Click Withdraw from the left menu, and a new window will open.

• If you click the Delete Request button, a confirmation menu will pop up.

• If you click Confirm, the item will be deleted automatically; otherwise, click Cancel.

 

 

 

 

How to Manage Settings

For PayPal Settings:

• Log in to the Customer Panel to access the product page.

• Navigate to Store Dashboard from the login panel, and a new window will appear.

• Click the Payout from the left menu.

• Click Settings from the left menu to open the entry form.

• Fill out the required fields:

• Sandbox Client ID: Put Sandbox Client ID in the respective field.

• Sandbox Secret Key: Enter the Sandbox Secret Key in the desired field.

• Production Client ID: Type the production client ID in the relevant field.

• Production Secret Key: Put the Production Secret Key in the respective field.

• Once all fields are completed, click the Save Changes button to save the information.

 

 

For Razorpay Settings:

• Log in to the Customer Panel to access the product page.

• Navigate to Store Dashboard from the login panel, and a new window will appear.

• Click the Payout from the left menu.

• Click Settings from the left menu to open the entry form.

• Fill out the required fields:

• Public Key: Put the Public Key in the respective field.

• Secret Key: Enter the Secret Key in the desired field.

• Once all fields are completed, click the Save Changes button to save the information.

 

 

For Stripe Settings:

• Log in to the Customer Panel to access the product page.

• Navigate to Store Dashboard from the login panel, and a new window will appear.

• Click the Payout from the left menu.

• Click Settings from the left menu to open the entry form.

• Fill out the required fields:

• Public Key: Put the Public Key in the respective field.

• Secret Key: Enter the Secret Key in the desired field.

• Public Live Key: Enter the Public Live key in the desired field.

• Secret Live Key: Enter the Secret Live Key in the respective field.

• Once all fields are completed, click the Save Changes button to save the information.

 

For Flutterwave Settings:

• Log in to the Customer Panel to access the product page.

• Navigate to Store Dashboard from the login panel, and a new window will appear.

• Click the Payout from the left menu.

• Click Settings from the left menu to open the entry form.

• Fill out the required fields:

• Public Key: Put the Public Key in the respective field.

• Secret Key: Enter the Secret Key in the desired field.

• Public Live Key: Enter the Public Live key in the desired field.

• Secret Live Key: Enter the Secret Live Key in the respective field.

• Once all fields are completed, click the Save Changes button to save the information.

 

Note: Simply set up the payment gateway you want to use and leave the other options blank. Just make sure the selected payment gateway settings are filled in correctly. Once configured, the system will handle payments smoothly without any extra steps.
